Briana Parker

When I started making Briana, I didn't think she'd turn out to be anything special. Now, I think she's gorgeous. She has bright blue eyes and adorable lips. Her hair color really suits her. I hope to use her in the next contest I enter. (Yes, this means my game no longer crashes!)
I'm not going to enter more than one contest at once.
She has an adorable face as a nerd. But when she switches into her formal wear...
She looks elegant, absolutely fancy in her own nerdy-chic kind of way.
I am in love with this Sim.

-Furniture from TSR
-Lipstick, first hair, and glasses from IN3S

Lia Gallagher

I have entered a contest called "Miss World" for the Sims 3 recently. Well, I've applied. I looked through it and I'm in love with the rules. You can find the contest page on Facebook here: Miss World.
-Do not go in and +vote me constantly. (if there is a voting system like that. doubtful, though)
-Be respectful about the competition. Read the rules, even if you're not entering.

Here is Lia:

I think Lia is one of my best yet. She will not be up for download. Yet. On this one, I think I may be nice enough to upload it to mediafire once the contest is over. Or maybe I'll just keep it to myself. (YOU CANNOT HAS!) ...

Not sure yet. I'll keep you posted. I won't be posting anymore of the contest images. If you want to follow it, "like" the FB page.

Dillan and Jacob Hail

So I went into the Sims to create something (from scratch, might I add) and I was wondering what I could do. I then realized I've done anywhere from lesbian to straight marriages and relationships, realistic stuff and other random things, but no male gay couples. I created: Dillan and Jacob Hail. I then began to think of some of the issues they have. Male homosexuals (that I've seen) have had more issues than female... Why? Because men are perverts. Really. They have less issues with female couples because "those are hot, men are just gross."
Having an issue with homosexuality is not about what you like to look at. If you seriously have an issue with them because you don't want to see it, look away. It's none of your business anyway. Honestly, I think it's cute when guys kiss. That is my honest opinion.

So here's Jacob:

Isn't he adorable? I love his eyes. Jacob is a neat-freak bookworm with computer skill(z). He's wonderfully artistic, and only has good, good and more good in his heart. His dream is to become a famous director. His favorite color is green, and he's a Virgo.

This is Dillan:
Dillan has stars in his future. He is also a bookworm (which is how they met, in a library), a genius, a wonder-worker on the guitar and is a beautiful person at heart. His favorite color is red, and he's an Aquarius. His dreams are to either become a famous actor or musician. His favorite part of himself is his hair.

The two are inseparable. Here they sit watching T.V. happily together. So what's the difference if two gay guys can be as happy together as a man and a woman? Nothing. There is no difference.

This one was an interesting snap shot because of the way Jake's hand slid into Dillan's hair. Usually more clipping happens, but this looks almost completely natural. I love this picture.

Can't you just see the happiness in Jake's adorable eyes? Aww!

Trudy Marsh: Techie

I was recently in the play You Have the Right to Remain Dead and one of the characters was a teenager: Trudy Marsh, the techie. The backstage gal, the stage manager, lights, sounds, props, intermission refreshment seller and stage cleaner. She was played by my dear friend Amber. At first I looked for some pigtails for the hair, but couldn't find anything. I duplicated the makeup pretty much perfectly, and for the rest I just came up with my own ideas for the character. It is not a perfect replica of what the character is supposed to be. I suppose you could say it's a "grown-up-Trudy"

"Blanche, I run props. I handle the pistol every night when I load it."
"You load the pistol?!"

"My name used to be... Trudy Marsh... Chesterton."

"I also clean up backstage before each show, and I sell refreshments at intermission!"

Trudy was my third favorite character, just because she was so guilty. My second was the cop, Bainbridge, and my first was Leigh (me!), the murderer. Thank you, thank you. *bows and exits*

Valerie Marks

I decided to make a sim from a randomized one, and just go with whatever. This meant I came up with the idea as I went along. At first she was a blonde bimbo, then I tried to go with a gothic doll with black hair and red highlights, then I switched to purple, and then decided that pink would be adorable (since it's my favorite color, after all). When I was finished with her clothes, the heart on her tee inspired me to go with a hopeless romantic, musical, artsy film-star. I was going to name her Valentina, but that's so cliche. So here is Valerie, in all of her splendor:

I think she's adorable. Don't be afraid to comment, I like feedback.

The American Dream: Janet, Benjamin, and Maria Brown

For decades, families have worried about finding the "True American Dream," but what exactly is the American dream? What is the perfect family?
For even longer, the African American population of the United States has fought to get there.
Thankfully, thanks to the Civil War and Abraham Lincoln, and many of the movements including Martin Luther King, Jr. and other freedom leaders, the "American Dream" is possible to everyone. By everyone, I mean, black, white, Asian, Jewish, gay, straight, etc. Or so we may think.
One thing I've noticed is that our country likes to go to the aid of other countries in times of need. This isn't a bad thing, until you look at the U.S. itself. Many of the United States are in poverty, our economy is dropping, and the greedy politicians and rich guys aren't doing anything to help. I realize they are doing what they can, but are they being smart about it?
In Wisconsin, Walker put an end to collective bargaining for public workers. While this may help the economy in some ways (I haven't seen any changes), was it really right to take it away from the public workers? The guys that work their asses off for the community? If Walker and the rest of his greedy political buddies would take a bit off their paycheck every month to do something to better the economy, they wouldn't need to take money away from teachers and other public workers. But, no, that's unheard of! Think, though, these are the idiots that can afford 4 cars, a nice house, and a vacation house, and have extra to grab themselves the most expensive plasma screen T.V.'s on the self, install an indoor swimming pool, and have jacuzzis in their bathrooms. I may be exaggerating a bit, but do you see where I'm going? Why take away from those who can barely afford their house, when you can take a loss yourself and help even more? In fact, with that paycheck, they could afford to lose half of it and still pay for all four cars.
This is why we have no freedom to live the lives we want to live. I would like to go to college in Chicago for performing arts. Will I be able to afford it? Will my parents be able to help? No, and no. Why? Because the idiots trying to end poverty are doing it wrong. My family just went two weeks without a paycheck from my dad's work. We now know what it's like to get free lunches from school and survive off of cereal and ramen at home. Yay for scholarships? (even though I never win anything, scholarships will probably be way out of my range of luck.)
This all being said, our country is becoming more like a nightmare than a country of freedom. I'm not saying other countries are any better, but why are we running to their aid when we still have people here who are worse off? We have our own political issues to take care of, our own people to take care of, why aren't we doing it? Because the government is greedy. I'm afraid to say any more.

Jakayla Richards and Amelia Simon

My latest idea (as I was thinking about world issues) was an interracial lesbian couple.
I just found this one stunning. Amelia on the left and Jakayla on the right.

Everyone needs cuddles...

This makes me think about the many couples just like this one who can't get married because everyone has to stick their nose in everyone else's business.

Amelia is just a cutie.

Blondes... (Just kidding.)

This topic gives me a new prompt for my other blog (Hope is a Thing of Feathers). I'll try and remember to post about that tomorrow night when I get home from SiW.

Unstable games.

The sims isn't working right now, which is really sad because I had another really cool idea. I give up the sims for now, until EA makes it a stable fucking game.

Amoetta Miller: Head shots

This is my favorite of the bunch

I think Amoetta is a cutie. One of my new favorites! I don't think I'll be sharing, if only because I don't feel like searching my CC for the content creators. If you want to know what's whose, ask in comments. Maybe I'll feel more obligated to search for it if it's one at a time.

Amoetta Miller: BJD

This Sim has nothing to do with my story, I just like the name. She's the first BJD sim I made.

Later I'll take some headshots for a different post, but now I'm working on some other pictures.

Something to note about CC

I have been getting CC from a few new sites as of late and can never remember them all, and am too lazy to go find them.

You CAN find them all, however, on mysims3blog here on blogspot. (mysims3blog.blogspot.com)... I follow the site and that guy goes and gives links to everything. (Great job, being non-lazy so that the rest of us can be! No really, thank you. I can't thank you enough, whoever you are. I love you. lol)

You can find them here ---> My Sims 3 Blog  <---

Kattster and Michael Knebel

These are sims of my boyfriend and me, and I actually put work into duplicating my face.... Rosey cheeks and red chin and all.... and Mike's bright blue eyes. I love his eyes.

I made this post because I posted pictures of my girlfriend's and my sims, and he felt left out. It's okay for him to feel that way, though, I would too. I love you Michael.
